The Readiness Score combines real-time data from wearable devices — including heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep quality, body temperature, and recent activity — to produce a single daily score indicating how prepared your body is for stress, exercise, or cognitive demands. In PaceSovereign, the Readiness Score is computed from 200+ compatible wearable devices and feeds into the broader PACE engine as a short-term recovery signal. While the Pace of Aging measures long-term biological trajectory, the Readiness Score captures day-to-day physiological state — together providing both strategic and tactical health intelligence.
